2.7. The operator - a state body, municipal authority, legal entity or individual independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or processes personal information, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of information to be processed and the actions (operations) performed on personal data.

2.9. Personal data authorized for disclosure by the data subject - personal data that the data subject makes available to an unlimited number of people by giving consent for the processing of such data in accordance with the procedures provided for in the Law on Personal Data.
2.10. A user - any person who visits the website https://www.seey.studio/.
2.11. Disclosure of personal data - actions aimed at making personal data available to a specific person or a specific group of people.
2.12. Disclosure of personal data - any actions aimed at making personal data available to an unspecified number of people (transfer of personal data) or making personal data known to a large number of people, including the publication of personal data in media, posting on information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.13. Transborder transfer of personal data is the transfer of personal data outside the country to an organization, individual or legal entity based in another country.

3.1 The Operator has the right to:
- Receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the individual.
- In case of withdrawal of consent by the individual to the processing of their data, or sending a request to stop the processing of data, the operator has the right to continue processing data without the individual's consent if there are reasons specified in the Personal Data Act.
- Independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to fulfill obligations under the Personal Data Act and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it.
3.2 The Operator is obligated to:
- Provide the individual with information about the processing of their personal data upon request.
— Organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedures established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.1 Personal data subjects have the right to:

The list of information and procedure for obtaining it are established by the Personal Data Law.
- request the operator to correct, block, or delete their personal data if it is incomplete, out-of-date, inaccurate, obtained illegally, or not necessary for the intended purpose of processing. They also have the right to take legal measures to protect their rights.
- require prior consent before their personal data is used to promote goods, services, or works on the market.
— to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data, as well as to send a request to stop the processing of such data;
— to file a complaint with the authorized body responsible for protecting the rights of individuals whose personal data is being processed, or to take legal action against the Operator for any illegal actions or omissions during the processing of the individual's data;

4.2. Personal data subjects are required to:
— provide accurate information about themselves to the Operator;
— notify the Operator if their personal data needs to be updated, modified, or corrected.
4.3. Individuals who provide false information about themselves or another person's personal data without that person's consent will be held accountable in accordance with Russian law.

5.1. Personal data is processed on a legal and fair basis.
5.2. Personal data processing is limited to specific, predetermined, and legitimate goals. Processing personal data incompatible with the purpose of personal data collection is prohibited.
5.3. Combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is not allowed.
5.4. Only personal data relevant to the purposes of its processing is subject to processing.
5.5. The content and amount of processed personal data corresponds to the stated processing purposes. Redundant personal data processing in relation to its stated purposes is prohibited.
5.6 The processing of personal data aims to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the data in relation to its intended purpose. The operator takes measures to verify and maintain the accuracy of the data, as well as to delete or correct any incomplete or inaccurate information.
5.7 Personal data is stored in a manner that allows for identification of the individual, for no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing, unless a specific period of storage is mandated by federal law or an agreement between the operator and the individual. After the purpose of data processing is achieved or when the need for it ceases, the processed data is deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal requirement to retain it.

The purpose of processing is to clarify order details, conclude, execute, and terminate civil law contracts.
Personal data includes last name, first name, patronymic, and electronic address and phone numbers.
The legal grounds for processing are the statutory (constituent) documents of the operator, agreements concluded between the operator and the data subject, Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies, and Information Protection" No. 149-FZ dated July 27, 2006, and other federal laws and regulations in the field of personal data protection. User consent to processing of their personal data is also a legal basis.
Data processing includes collecting, recording, organizing, storing, destroying, and de-identifying personal data.

7.1 The processing of personal data is carried out only with the consent of the person whose personal data is being processed.
7.2 The processing of personal data may be necessary to achieve goals provided for in an international agreement of the Russian Federation or in laws, as well as to fulfill the functions, powers, and duties assigned to the company by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
8.1 The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information.
8.2 The User's personal information will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation or when the subject of the personal data has granted the Operator permission to transfer the data to a third party in order to fulfill obligations under a civil contract.
In case of inaccuracies in the personal information, the User may update it independently by sending a notice to the Operator via the email address seeyagency@gmail.com, marked "Updating Personal Information".
8.4. The processing period for personal data is determined by the purpose for which the data was collected, unless a different period is specified in the contract or relevant legislation.
The user can withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending an email to the operator at the email address seeyagency@gmail.com, clearly stating "Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing".
8.5. Any information collected by third-party services, such as payment systems and communication means, is stored and processed by those third parties in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The operator is not responsible for the actions or activities of these third parties.
8.6. The restrictions imposed by the owner of personal data on transfer (except for access), as well as on processing or conditions for processing (except for accessing) personal data allowed for dissemination, do not apply in cases where personal data are processed in the interests of the state, public or other public interests as defined by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.7. The operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during its processing.
8.8. Personal data are stored by the operator in a form that makes it possible to identify the subject of the personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, unless a longer period of storage of personal data has been established by federal law or an agreement between the operator and the subject of personal data, who is a party to, beneficiary of, or guarantor of such an agreement.
8.9. Personal data processing may cease due to the achievement of the goals of personal data collection, the expiration of consent from the individual whose data is being processed, the withdrawal of consent by that individual, or a legal requirement to stop processing personal data. Additionally, unlawful processing of personal information may lead to the termination of data processing.

9.1 The Operator collects, records, organizes, stores, updates, extracts, uses, shares, depersonalizes, blocks, and deletes personal data.
9.2 The Operator processes personal data automatically, with or without the need for receiving and/or sending information via information and communication networks.

10.1 Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator is required to notify the relevant authorities for the protection of personal data rights about their intention to transfer personal data across borders. This notification should be sent separately from the notice about their intention to process the personal data.
10.2 Before submitting this notification, the operator must obtain relevant information from foreign authorities, individuals, and legal entities to which the transfer of data is intended.

The operator and other individuals who have access to personal data must not disclose or share personal data with third parties without the consent of the data subject, except in cases where federal law allows for such disclosure.
